1. All promotions are available to registered Gangsta players only.
2. You cannot activate previously unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.
3. To be able to withdraw the bonus funds, you need to meet the wagering requirements. The 50x requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 50 times before any proceeds from that bonus can be withdrawn. We also apply standard conditions:
3.1 The maximum withdrawal amount of bonus funds is x10 of the received bonus balance.
4. Maximum wager limit is €5 and applies to all Bonuses and promotions, unless otherwise stated.
5. None of the bonuses can be used in combination with any other bonus or promotion at the same time.

7. The maximum bet allowed while playing with bonus money is €5 until all necessary wagering requirements are met. If the maximum bet is exceeded prior to meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any potential bonus winnings will be canceled.
8. The Welcome bonus can only be claimed before any bets are made from the qualifying deposit.
9. Any active withdrawal request before receiving the Bonus or any withdrawal completed within 24 hours will void any bonus eligibility.
10. Promotions and bonuses from Gangsta are received only once for each account. A Gangsta account is created for and belongs to only one person, one IP address, one email address, phone number, shared computer and one payment account (debit or credit card, Qiwi Visa, etc.).
11. A casino promotion can be cancelled by our Customer Service team, provided that no bets have been placed from the bonus balance of the account. When a promotion is cancelled, the bonus and any winnings obtained with the bonus will be void and the initial deposit will be returned to the cash balance, provided the sum of the deposit has not yet been lost on the games.
12. The bonus is valid for 10 days after activation, after which both bonus money and their derivatives will be removed from the player's balance.

14. 15. Players are not allowed to play Live Casino games while having an active bonus.
16. Once the full wagering requirement is met, the Bonus and any potential winnings will be released in the cash wallet and will be available to withdraw according to our withdrawal policy.
17. All withdrawals should be subject to audit and game play review, as well as account verification process, also known as KYC.
17.1 If the customer is participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole and complete discretion, deem to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such customer to any promotions awarded, to void any winnings obtained from the promotion, to prevent entitlement to other promotions or to close the customer account.
18. While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to engage in activities that give the player a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to, these:
18.1 Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements.
18.2 Leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.
18.3 Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play.
18.4 Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
18.5 Placing individual bet amounts greater than €5 before wagering is met.
19. Wagering has to be completed within 10 days of receiving the bonus. Once this period has expired, the available bonus money and any potential bonus winnings will be cancelled.
20. In the event of any dispute, the decision made by Gangsta administration shall be final and not negotiable.
21. Customers from any Prohibited Territory are not permitted to register or take advantage of any Welcome Promotion. Full Restricted Territories list is available in our General Terms and Conditions.
22. Once activated, the free spins will become available on the named game, at minimum spin value. The Free Spins cannot be exchanged for another bonus or played on another game than the named game in the promotion.
23. Max cashout from free spins €100.
23.1 During 2 days free spins will be automatically credited to the bonus account in equal parts according to the selected offer.
23.2 The activation time of free spins is 24 hours.
24. A minimum deposit of €50 is required to receive free spins from any of the available promotions and maximum €70.
25. Withdrawals of winnings from bonuses given without deposit are limited to: €50.
26. The Welcome Bonus Pack is valid for the first 4 deposits.

27. To claim the Cashback, deposit at least €50 during the week (Monday to Sunday). Then, on the next Monday, you will receive up to 15% cashback bonus. Cashback amount is calculated based on your rank and total losses (minus accrued bonuses and payouts).
27.1 To qualify for the bonus, you need to have made at least 2 deposits previously since you have joined gangsta.
27.2 Minimum cashback amount eligible for credit is €5. Maximum cashback amount is €1500.
27.3 Should the cashback amount not be requested by the customer, the entitlement to any cashback amount is void.
27.4 Any active withdrawal requests before receiving the Bonus or any withdrawal completed within 24 hours will void any bonus eligibility.
27.5 Cashback is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x, depending on the player's level.
27.6 After 10 days, if the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus expires.
27.7 The amount of bet is fully taken into account during the wagering not in all games.
28. In terms of Loyalty Program at Gangsta, you receive 6% of each successful deposit back in the form of Coins credited to your account
28.1 Coins can be redeemed for bonuses or free spins in the bonus store.
28.2. Coins are accumulated only when playing with real money. Coins cannot be earned through bonus funds.

28.4 Coins are credited only with a whole number, according to the formula: 6% of (deposit - bonus - withdrawal of funds).

29. The Birthday Bonus promotion is only available on birthdays for Gangsta users. The bonus is issued only upon presentation of documents proving the fact of the birthday.
29.1 The maximum 100% bonus amount for the deposit is €500.
29.2 The minimum deposit to receive the Birthday bonus is €25.

29.4 You may claim the Birthday bonus only before any bets are placed from the qualifying deposit and if you do not have an active withdrawal request or a completed withdrawal in the last 24 hours.
30. Tuesday VIP Bonus is available only on Tuesdays for VIP players at Level 3 or higher.
31. Gangsta reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour, including the right to deny cash out requests if we suspect that the bonus offer has been abused.
32. Gangsta reserves the right to end promotions, bonuses or special offers before the advertised end date, due to security or bonus abuse issues.
33. The administration reserves the right to choose the free spins at its own discretion.
